A few weeks ago, America’s Best Restaurants made their way to Manchester, Iowa where they visited Riverbend Pub & Grill and they were not disappointed!
Located in the heart of downtown Manchester, Riverbend Pub & Grill offers delicious pub fare and a cool atmosphere. On ABR’s tour of the restaurant they got to see the impressive three-story building, which includes bars on every level and a huge outdoor deck overlooking Iowa’s largest whitewater park! In the basement of Riverbend Pub & Grill, which is unlike any other bar in Delaware County, you’ll feel like you’re entering right into the 1920’s. The 121 Social Club has a prohibition vibe and is often used for private parties and hosting local musicians on the weekends.
On a recent visit to Riverbend Pub & Grill, we got a tip that they serve up THE BEST Rueben Sandwich in Delaware County. So, we set out to try for ourselves. Shout out to Ken for serving us the best Reuben of our lives!
